By accessing or using The Millionaire Thought content posting application ("the App"), operated by Life Policy Support Center LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an automated content posting tool that publishes scheduled video content to the TikTok account @themillionairethought. The App is used exclusively by the account owner for managing and scheduling pre-produced motivational video content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content posted through the App. You agree not to use the App to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with The Millionaire Thought are the property of Life Policy Support Center LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API. Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for TikTok's policies, actions, or service availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Policy Support Center LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
